On October 14, the 12th edition of the Carpathian Basin Scholarship Award Ceremony took place at the Culture Palace in Târgu Mureș, organized by the Hungarian Ministry of Agriculture. This year, 30 students from Sapientia University – 10 each from the Târgu Mureș, Miercurea Ciuc and Sfântu Gheorghe faculties – received scholarships offered by the Ministry of Agriculture.
The event aims to recognize and support outstanding students in agricultural higher education from Hungarian communities across the Carpathian Basin. Attendees heard welcoming speeches from agricultural and public leaders from Hungary and Transylvania, and the ceremony concluded with a cultural programme and festive reception.
