OECONOMICA SAPIENTIA Research Centre brings together research groups composed of members from the departments of economic sciences within the Faculty of Economic, Socio-Human Sciences and Engineering in Miercurea Ciuc, who carry out diverse economic research activities.
Over the past 15–20 years, the center’s groups have achieved significant results and publications, particularly in the fields of agri-food economics, marketing, microeconomics, econometrics, finance, regional economics, and tourism.
Some of these publications have appeared in internationally recognized academic journals, collective volumes, and other works, as well as in our university’s scientific journal, Acta Universitatis Sapientiae – Economics and Business.
