Centre for Cinematic Intermediality and Visual Culture

The aim of the Centre for Cinematic Intermediality and Visual Culture is to advance research in the theory and analysis of cinematic intermediality, and to study the often interconnected domains and relationships of broader visual culture (including film, photography, television, and digital media) in their specific historical and geographical context.

Within the research centre, we conduct scientific research, organise international conferences, guest lectures, and exhibitions, publish an English language journal indexed in international scientific databases, and disseminate and popularise scientific results.
